Still #2
Ezra says, ,,Da-dee, da-dee, da-dee…” to include me when going outside or going up stairs to change a poopy diaper and watch the poop flush from the toilet, but he doesn’t need me to do these things. Ezra needs -v-. Ezra says, ,,Mommy, mommy,” or, ”No, no, no…” if -v- is not going outside or brushing teeth or reading a book with Ezra. In fact, unless -v- is away, Ezra only seems to play blocks with me and not need -v- near when she is in the house.
It is true if -v- is away, I do become a #1 with the #2 left empty until -v- returns.
I am happy I get to be the #2 person in Ezra’s life as long as the #1 is -v-.
