Heartbreaker
Ezra met his first baby yesterday and he was so charming! I took Ezra to see dad play some soccer. One of the teammates has a baby girl, just 2 months older than Ezz. It was so fun to see them interact - there was lots of staring and smiling, and even some hand-holding! They were totally into each other. Baby girl’s dad was not too excited about the hand-holding…he thought he had at least 15 more years until she started being interested in boys! I think it’s inevitable that Ezra’s going to be breaking hearts at a young age.
Ezra and I had a really good time together this past week - likely our last one together because I have to start back to work on Monday. I’ll be working from home most of the week, except for meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Luckily, Grandma O will be in town so she will stay home with the baby. The following week is when I have to take Ezra to day care, and the thought of that just about breaks my heart.
